Are your prices in USD?
Yes, all of our listed prices are in United States Dollars (USD). For an accurate understanding of what the cost will be in your local currency, we suggest consulting the latest exchange rates.

Is it possible to change my order?
For modifications to your order, contact us at support@cherrystarsart.com within 12 hours.
Changes beyond this period may not be feasible due to our commitment to quick dispatch. Once the items are dispatched, we’re unable to accommodate any alterations.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Please allow 2-3 business days for orders to be processed after your purchase is complete.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a USPS tracking link. Please allow up to 24hrs for the link to activate. For international orders, once the package leaves the US, the tracking links may not update but the package is still on its way.

What if my order is damaged?
We take extra precautions in packing and shipping to ensure that your order arrives in pristine condition.
In the rare event that something does happen, we will ship you out a replacement at no additional cost. All you need to do is send us a photo of the damaged package.

If your order gets lost in the mail, please contact us and we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a refund if the product is not available.
